How often should I change glove?
Amateur golfers should change to a new glove every 6-10 rounds. The difference is due to multiple variables such as playing conditions, grip strength and swing speed. Think of it like this, when you slip on a brand-new glove the grip feeling is so fresh and strong. Bear in mind that most pros change their glove every few holes. We recommend that every few rounds you check how your glove is feeling to make sure it’s still performing as it should.
What subscription option should I choose?
If you are a casual golfer playing a round once every couple of weeks, we recommend you go for the Club membership (one glove every 3 months). If you are playing more regularly, at least a couple times a week, we recommend you go for the Pro membership (one glove per month).
How do I change delivery address or payment details?
You can change your delivery address or payment details with ease by clicking Login in the navigation bar, then clicking Account > and navigating to either Payment or Address depending on what you want to do.
How do I get my hands on a Mitt Golf glove?
The only way to get a glove is to sign up for a Mitt Golf glove subscription. You can choose either a club or pro membership depending on how much you play. You can sign up for gloves at the link: SUBSCRIBE HERE
What Mitt glove size should I go for?
We benchmark our gloves with all the big golf brands, so we recommend going true to size with whatever glove size you have used in the past. What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime, this can be done by clicking Login in the navigation bar, then clicking Account > Subscriptions > Select the subscription you want to cancel and click cancel.
How do Mitt Golf subscriptions work?
It may seem complex but its super-simple. Just pick either the Pro or Club subscription based on how much you play and then complete checkout. Once you have completed this we will send your first glove for delivery within 48 hours. Your subscription will renew every month or quarter depending on which membership you chose, and we will dispatch a new glove every month or 3 months from the date of your first order.
Can I buy a one-off glove or purchase the glove elsewhere?
Unfortunately not, we offer our gloves exclusively as a subscription only service. This is to help pass on the savings of combining a subscribe-&- save and direct-to-consumer models and avoid the costs most big brands pay to stores, logistics companies and sponsoring players. The margin the big golf companies make on equipment is outrageous, so our mission is to deliver fair pricing for all our customers
Can I return the golf gloves at all?
Yep of course, you can return any* of our gloves up to 14 days after receiving one and we will send a replacement to arrive the next day. (*Word of warning we cannot accept used gloves returns for hygiene reasons.)
